There are times where you need to cancel a job, but do you know when can you cancel?

Drivers can cancel a job if their reason matches one of the reasons below:

1. Unable to meet timing
2. Wrongly Accepted job
3. Vehicle broke down

Unacceptable reasons:

1. Parcel size under declared
2. Called sender but no response
3. Parcel not ready for collection

So, what do you do then if you need to cancel?

Tap on cancel job button, tap on cancel job, and select from the cancellation reason list and explain reason in detail then proceed to notify your employer.
